 On 17th June 2021, a script writing workshop was organized through Google Meet for the purpose of enabling student teachers to write scripts. Students participated actively.  Stress management workshop was conducted as part of second semester capacity building programme.  

 The first Semester model exams were conducted through online mode from 27-07-2021 and ended on 7-8-2021. The First Semester University exams started on 09-08-2021 and ended on 18-08-2021

 Due to lock down, student teachers made various products like soap, lotion, washing powder, agarbathi etc. at their home.

https://youtu.be/ETbx6rHbfhs   As the day was celebrated within the home due to the lock down, student teachers participated in different activities and the end product was a beautiful presentation.

 As part of the B.Ed. curriculum, the student teachers have to conduct a capacity building activity in EDU 02. For that activity 5 topics from the Educational Psychology were given. The topics were: 1. Challenges in Geriatric period 2. Piaget developmental period 3. Adolescent problems 4. Moral development 5. Online learning- Pros and cons  The 50 students were divided into 5 groups and enough time was given for planning and preparation. As a result of planning and preparation five different activities were came out such as Skit, street play, Mime, Musical skit and Debate.  The capacity building activity tookplace on 15th April 2021.  

 The IV semester external examination was scheduled on 26th and 27th March 2021. We were under the Zone VIII under the Coordinating Chairperson Dr Reena George and Chairperson Dr Brinda Nair. The members were Mr Byju for general, Mrs Neenu Thomas for Commerce, Mrs. Sreekala for NS, Mrs. Anjali for PS, Mrs. Rakhi for SS, Mrs. Savitha for Hindi, Mrs. Lekshmi and Mr Nibin for physical education.  

 The main works of fourth semester were  Teaching practice record including 30 lessons (15 peer and 15 online school teaching), achievement test and diagnostic tests Reflective journal for 30 classes Reading and reflecting on text Optional MCQ of 30 questions Camp Report Cognitive Maps (from +1 and +2 units) General MCQ of 180 items Health education report Yoga Practice Report Blog updating with weekly teaching practice report and report on innovative work.  Students started to submit their works from march 5th onwards. 

  Yoga practice was done on 20th March 2021

 Maths Subject Association was inaugurated on March 16th 2021. 

 Commerce Subject Association activity was held on march 15th. Various programmes were there. After inaugural session, students gave detailed information regarding consumer rights, consumer protection acts etc. After that an exhibition was conducted by commerce students.

 Blog creation workshop was conducted on 5th March 2021 for the first sem BEd students

From planning onwards teachers and students were involved and different committees are formed under the leadership of students from the 6 optional subjects. On the last day of the camp food was arranged for all and campus beautification namely UNARV was organized and conscientization programme was also conducted.  

 The second phase of teaching practice started on 25th january 2021 as per the circular obtained from the university. 7 days offline peer teaching and 6 days online peer teaching were conducted. Thus 15 lessons were completed in the peer teaching mode and from 9th february 2021 to 24th february 2021, the face to face online teaching practice were conducted by the student teachers. Thus 30 lessons were completed.

 The School Induction programme for the first semester students were conducted from 11-02-2021 for 5 days. NSMGHS, GHSS Chathannoor, GHSS Bhoothakkulam, Vimalahridaya HS, Krist Raj HS & HSS, TKM HSS, Shivaram HS, GHSS Thekkumbhagam, GHS Kuzhimathikkadu and TKDM HSS Uliyakkovil were the schools selected by the students for the programme. After the school induction program, all the students submitted the Induction program Report.

The third semester exams were conducted on 13/1/2021, 15/1/2021 and 20/1/2021. Internal Project Viva Voce were conducted.
